Interesting how financial leverage works.

EV £10m (Mkt Cap £0m + £10m Debt)
EV £20m (Mkt Cap £10m + £10m Debt)
EV £30m (Mkt Cap £20m + £10m Debt)
EV £40m (Mkt Cap £30m + £10m Debt)

EV doubling from £10m to £20m is infinite return !

Even £20m to £30m EV (50%) leads to 100% gain in Mkt Cap terms

Which is why it's a sitting duck at current EV (£25m?) vs potential EV value of £200m !

Still holding shares bought at 21p back in April 2016 and have thrown a "lot of dosh" into bringing my break-even down to 3.07p now. Fingers crossed I have made the right call this time !!

There will need to be a re-capitalisation (not necessarily a bad thing just needs to be structured right)

But clearly there is some value to be rescued here

TRX With a current market cap of 16m, Cellright alone was purchased by TRX for US30 million. Then you got the main outlining business itself. This should be way over 100 million market cap right now. That’s an 8p share price. It’s been way higher. 16m now is just ridiculously low. We are just getting going now, the beginning of a major re-rate.

Call me optimistic, but we could close today at or above 150.
Will have no doubt caught the eye of some investors this morning and once they see this golden egg for what it is, well, we will let the share price do the talking.

There's no doubt about it these guys messed up but it's been down here before and recovered so why not again ?

100% ? / 200% ? / 300% ? / 400% ? GAIN
