17/11/2009 11:49 | Why doesn't Kappilan just offer to buy us small shareholders out? Or for that matter why dosen't Redbell offer to buy us out? Then they can carry on playing this game of Chess, like only the Russians can, amongst themselves! | inv3stwise

17/11/2009 09:05 | It isn't Kapalins money, and the offer is on a cash first basis. I am sceptical of it, but alternatively we are relying on Kuanyshev, who hasn't been the most reliable payer in the past. Later today, when I finish work I will give a detailed account of the situation. I will also make a suggestion settlement proposal, which will a) work and b) have a realistic chance of being accepted by NRB and Kamanisk. This way we are not hoping on Kapalin, and have a further plan. We will also now have to call for an EGM to get it ratified. NRB boss urged us to call an EGM. | miamisteve
17/11/2009 08:55 | I agree with bahamas. Kapalin would have to come up with a lot of cash up front before I would trust him again. | backtothesoil

17/11/2009 08:33 | I thought we are where we are because Kapalin was scint. Now he makes this offer. I'm reluctant to give him the opportunity to screw us again Thanks ms | bahamasoil
17/11/2009 08:29 | put an email address up backtothesoil miami did say it ok to pass on | tommyttrades
17/11/2009 08:28 | "Why no discussion here?..." I suspect that most holders, like myself are unaware of the contents of Miami's conversations/emails as we were not on the mailing list. | backtothesoil
17/11/2009 08:25 | we can hardly force NRB to accept the offer but then since Kamanisk still owns the assets who exactly as the upper hand here?! Who exactly in this game of bluff holds all the aces ie which party is in the strongest position? It looks like Kamanisk to me ie Kuanyshev cos he's got the licences. Im sure it will resolve itself but i suspect the delisting is a fait accompli now | olivercromwell
17/11/2009 08:21 | If Kapalin's offer is genuine can NRB/Lebedev be made to accept the offer which is best for all shareholders. Can the threat of shareholder action once again used. Why no discussion here?...People have been moaning for weeks and now we have news the silence is weird Thanks Miami..WNone of this would have progressed without you. | tommyttrades |
