             Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or 'the Company'))


                        AGM Statement / Director Dealing


At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were
duly passed.


Also, the Company was notified today, that Colin Bird, a director of the
company, purchased 60,000 shares in Tiger on 01 April 2003 at a price of 0.75p
per share.

Following this purchase his total holding increased to 635,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 0.27% of the issued ordinary share capital.
