28/3/2024 13:10 | Ah that's good, I had that with a 'genuine' laptop charger, it wasnt genuine at all but supplier said no need to return and instant refund, they don't want bad reviews, ordered it through the rain forest place | 2gekko

28/3/2024 09:17 | Good Morning. I will order some softer brushes. I have indeed bodged the cable crimp connections. Turns out the crimp connectors supplier sent are cheap aluminium ones and not tin plated copper as stated. I have ordered from a different supplier and will return the aluminium ones. | jonjonck

25/3/2024 20:42 | I actually quite enjoyed that side of it and you appreciate the comforts when you get home, mind you we had a week on the Broads during a heatwave and the chemical toilet was a challenge, we had it flushed and it seemed worse! | 2gekko

25/3/2024 08:52 | Good Morning. I have a small 240v invertor but very rarely use it...just for charging phones and cameras really. Kettle is fast on the gas hob. On Campsites or Aires and Stellplatz when we have mains hook up we do indeed have a small electric kettle to save on gas. My brother has a camper van and has had large Lithium batteries and a 3kW invertor fitted so he can use things like Air friers and a kettle. A lot of cost just so you can do what you do at home. However he has also fitted it so he can charge a folding mobility scooter which he actually gets delivered today or tomorrow. | jonjonck
