I'm back but so tired, after an exhausting day on Tuesday I could hardly stay awake by 8pm, too old for this now and pleased to be home, rovi must be well heeled shopping at M&S, I thought Asda was alright

Good Morning.
Wet day again so shall find some mini jobs to do. I like the term mini jobs.
Did one last night repairing my bench power supply. Now operates smoothly again and the output volts no longer jumps all over the place.

Good evening JJ. We had a dry sunny day but the wind chill and eventual cloud cover made it a sad old day. So loads of mini jobs done but looking back a lot of effort with nothing to show. Out shopping tomorrow. Dunelm Sainsbury's might do Aldi and M & S. then home to collapse.

Afternoon albeit a bit late in the day. Not done much today as weather is cold and wet again. Been waiting for it to dry up but to no avail.

I am off on my travels shortly and not back on parade until Wednesday, I hope the hotel hasn't sold out of steaks with it being Easter weekend, I do enjoy a good steak with peppercorn sauce

I remember last time my tab was left unattended, six breakfasts every day and lots of drinks, when I saw the balance and asked for a stiff drink to settle my nerves the tab was at its limit

My colleague thinks I am mad going on Monday and staying over but my guess is the traffic on the M25 will be really bad on Tuesday morning following Easter and it's about 140 miles so to get there for 7am means leaving at 4am and as Dirty Harry said

Have not got very far today as rain clouds kept coming over. The forecast was totally wrong this morning.
Did a bit more on the Motorhome wiring. Got new fuses fitted and replaced the negative cable to the battery and made the battery connector shiny brass again - Citric acid does magic on tarnished brass and copper.
Then went to Morrisons in Arbroath for coffee and cream cakes.

Yes roads will be busy, I have to drive to Canterbury on Monday afternoon ready for 7am start on Tuesday, hopefully roads not too busy and won't go until about 3pm

We seem to have a sunny day and forecast is good so will maybe go for a drive somewhere for a nice walk. To the hills I say, but then so will loads of others.

It is working .. rain has stopped this afternoon and sun is shining.

I have been brave and let Mrs J cut my hair again this afternoon. Well, I actually do a lot of it myself 1st but cannot do the back or shape it over my ears, and she tidies up the long bits I have missed and gets it all more even.

Yes it has shot past for me too, I have a leg of lamb so roast today with all the trimmings and a bottle of Prosecco, what's left will do a couple of curries
