What a good idea

Breakfast was scrambled eggs on toast with Black Pudding.
Taking the view that BP is half oats , probably vaguely better than bacon, fried egg and sausage.

Enjoyed it !

Parked as far away as possible , few extra yards of exercise.....

Won't last ....on the way back , had a coffee at the Golf Club....looked at the course , guess that does not count.

Golf courses don't count , of course.
Can't even speak!

Was back at the Quack yesterday having had results of blood tests etc.
They felt they should do such as they hadn't seen me for 8 years.
Usual stuff , blood pressure a bit high,cholesterol likewise.
Overweight too ....

Off for a full English

Guess I should make an effort to make "lifestyle changes" as advised.
Will last a week but I will try .
Think the idea is that I take pills to lower cholesterol. ...
Mrs Ig has advised that I should join a gym .....that should finish me off !
