Have roasted some Kenyan Peaberry coffee. Just so you know peaberry means there is just one seed in the coffee cherry rather then the usual 2.
It was quite difficult to roast and coffee beans never gave an audible crack. Also loads of husk staying on roasted beans making it difficult to judge the colour.
Just made a cuppa - very nice, I have the roast spot on.

Repaired the kitchen mixer tap...AGAIN. One of the O rings was badly nicked - no idea how it was damaged and can only assume I damaged it a few months ago when fitting it.
