18/10/2019 09:11 | Can't believe the buyers at the moment. They've obviously missed last nights RNS. | bsg
18/10/2019 08:53 | @lazygun: I'm not in favour of "shares for salary" schemes as all that inevitably does is dilute shareholdings further. I'd rather they were paid a fair salary but then buy shares on the open market to demonstrate faith in their own company. Alas, mick has gotten too used to the cushy lifestyle at the expense of shareholders over the past 12 years or so. I doubt he's about to turn over a new leaf by putting some of his own money into this new placing. I suspect MTR will take a sizeable chunk of any new shares. They will also want to average down on their 14p warrants... Let's see... | abrahe00
18/10/2019 08:48 | Full ask now @ both THR & KAV for that 100k - Next ones higher? | cpap man
18/10/2019 08:47 | Well I hope THOR has firm commitments already at 0.2p, because if it falls any further the 'discount' will be totally gone and then it will be harder to fill, or they may have to reduce the price even further. I wonder how much they're trying to raise? I do wonder where they find so many willing punters to fill these AIM placings after shares have fallen so far. | andy
18/10/2019 08:46 | In fa t in an ideal world, you’d be better off with resources experts who are independently wealthy, to run such a company, who would do just that. Conserve all cash, and adopt a 100% performance based renumeration scheme..., until at least as such time as the company starts to generate cash. Save salary payments for the people on the ground doing the field work, and negotiate with all the service consultants to provide payment in shares as well... That’s what i’d do if I was ever lucky enough to be independently wealthy... L | lazygun
18/10/2019 08:41 | Worse than that - there are 2 bods taking out close on £250k. Year in salaries.... So any fundraiser is going to end up funding their inflated salaries... They should both drop their salaries to the same level as all the other directors.. Difficult to see a fund raise at a premium, so I guess it’s fuether dilution... I’d far rather see them waive their salaries, in favour of 100% share based payments linked to development/performa L. | lazygun
17/10/2019 23:06 | Yep bsg but depends what price they can raise at. Still on the side watching this one. | knowing
17/10/2019 22:05 | Knowing looks like the "doom mongers" are correct. | bsg
17/10/2019 17:40 | We'll at least that's confirmation of a placing coming. Can't imagine the terms will be particularly stellar at this current market cap. I foresee a bucket load of cheap warrants being handed out. | the deacon
17/10/2019 14:43 | What's next are the doom mongers trying to get in lower 😜👀 | knowing
17/10/2019 14:23 | Added some more today. Could not resist at this price. See what next ? | bdbiometric
17/10/2019 14:15 | Hearing the next raise is at 0.20.... looks like they are going for it | bigboots
17/10/2019 13:02 | Just noticed the drop ! Tempted at this level. | knowing
16/10/2019 12:24 | We'll see paleje. This is now at an all time low, if I'm not mistaken. MTR can't be too happy about their investment... Or those warrants they got given for 14p!!! hard to believe... LOL. | abrahe00
16/10/2019 11:47 | Agreed abrahe00, but they had, in effect, PJ on the board a while back and that didn't do any good, their shareholding percentage has reduced since then. Not sure if it's their intention to try and influence from within or actually disrupt, I hope the latter. | paleje
15/10/2019 08:42 | If MTR manage to oust Mick, the share price will double overnight. His ego must be the biggest barrier to getting a deal done on MH. | abrahe00
10/10/2019 11:24 | The next raise will be interesting. | bsg
10/10/2019 09:12 | It was a quick In 'n Out job... Took a tiny profit once the steam ran out... This could still come good if Mick gets off his high horse and lets go of MH at cut-price. He can then focus on PM... After 11 years of trying to flog Molly, I don't see him doing that anytime soon. Good luck to all holders. | abrahe00
10/10/2019 08:48 | 'tweaked (fudged!) the formulae in their spreadsheets to get better looking results' Mick's good at doing that. Saw you ventured back in a few weeks ago, abrahe00, hope you got your timing right it seems the market has virtually collapsed for sector juniors and the macro backdrop worsening, GL. | paleje
10/10/2019 07:43 | LOL... Mick sounds desperate! These revised estimates are based on previous sample data and not new drilling. So, they've basically just tweaked (fudged!) the formulae in their spreadsheets to get better looking results. The problem with MH is the very short mine-life and its remoteness means no chance of processing someone else's ore once Molly runs dry. That's a lot of wasted capital... | abrahe00
10/10/2019 07:34 | That's a very long RNS to say not much. Hope they don't charge by the word. | paleje
30/9/2019 15:29 | Results are out | knowing
19/9/2019 08:45 | How on earth was this dog ramped to 4p my god | jammydodger1
17/9/2019 16:18 | Well buys have picked up today | knowing |
