I keep reading the RNS, but can't see where THR is getting value for this deal. They're basically giving up some of their share for a % of the joint entity.

Not the big money spinner that MB was leading people to believe.

Maybe I'm missing something. Happy to be corrected...

They may as well just get the placing out of the way. Looks a decent prospect again once it's cashed up.

Twitter is heavily populated by liars and con men, Noirura, occasional useful information but not when it comes from the same old crews.

I like the flat tyres without a foot pump analogy. It seems a lot of iffy small resource stocks could do with one. Twitter is running out of puff.

Good luck with African but whenever I see the letters AB, SPA, PJ, SI I'm cautious, when I see them all together I'm very cautious:)

Some tweeters just wont admit they got THR wrong. They also consider the company well cashed up but that's only on the basis of trundling on until next winter. The thoughts about a cash raising have driven the shares downwards and the directors are kicking themselves for not doing a deeply discounted placing nearer 3p, on the quiet that is.

A white knight may appear for Molyhill but with prices at the moment it will be a grey knight. Having said that the shares are down 75% so getting the asset away at half price plus royalties would not be so bad. Thor are on the floor and should do better unless an unexpected trap door opens up.
PJ is now a director of ABM and it appears as the white knight over there as its saviour. An each way bet on both might just come off. The wheels however have not come off some of his stocks. It's just that all the tyres are flat and no one has a foot pump.

Time does not seem right to buy new tenements and trying to get better assay results etc., the time has come to bite the bullet. No point spending if there is nothing on your market stall.
The market cap is £7.35 million and is still asking questions about cash reserves and when will cash pour in from profits, or indeed asset sales. The share price has tanked over 75% from highs and time for a sale. If not now a fire-sale later.

abrahee00, or just stale bulls as the volume doesn't look that high. Quite an achievement to get them down to this level though!

I had to offload my small "toe in" this morning. Too many large sells going through recently. Seems like someone in the know is offloading.

I still think THR running their own mining operation is a MB pipe dream. Either that, or it's a misguided attempt by Mick to show a strong hand in any negotiations.

For my money, if I was Mick, I would trade 70% of the revenue against the capital and opex costs of running the operation by effectively outsourcing the production to a third party. He can rake in the 30% and focus on PM, where the real money is.

Well this is AIM and if your a cynic Mick is quite happy to drag it out. Nice lifestyle for him , good salary etc.. He cant do the negotiations and certainly cant run a mine. But at 65 does he want that challenge. He seems to have no concept of ' timing ' or deadlines which become even more of a factor in a producing company. . If funding arrives surely there has to be changes to the Board.

After 8 years of trying to flog Molyhil, I wouldn't say it's "unkind"... It's pretty spot on, in fact.

Still... Mick did say he was hoping to tie up a deal "shortly" and then said Q1 in the same breath, back in December... So, who knows, maybe it will happen this time, since someone else is doing the negotiations.

Great vid to understand the issues in copper supply and price going forward and why Kapunda ISR is so relevant.

Cheers Noirua, can't say it raised my expectations, copper sounds more exciting than tungsten but it's a long way off.

Bonya copper

hxxp://www.openbriefing.com/OB/Rox-Resources-Limited/2012/10/19/Bonya-Copper-Project-Farm-in/817.aspx

This interview from 2012 with Rox Resources MD , former owners of Thors 40% of Bonya reads well. The best bit being

" Kentor Gold (ASX: KGL) has since found extensive copper sulphide mineralisation at Jervois beneath the surface copper oxides and there is no reason to think it will be any different at Bonya. The current mineral resource at Jervois is 11.9 Mt @ 1.3% Cu and 25 g/tAg (KGL ASX announcement), and we believe this could be substantially increased based on recent drilling results released by KGL. The comparison to Bonya is very strong, which is what excites us about this project. "

jervois is next to Bonya and overall resource grade is over 1.5% now .
Anything over 0.5% in todays world is very good.
There are 11 copper deposits within the Bonya tenement. Fingers crossed we get something comparable in grade to Jervois.
