Mick mentioned again about shipping ore from Bonya as part of the MH package . But as yet we dont have Govt ratification of the deal , clearance on hertitage/land issues or done any drilling . So i'm thinking a financier may want those things all sorted before pen is put to paper. Thats not to say due diligence cant be done in parallel but to remove risks surely these things need to come first before signing any cheque. Mick suggested more likely a deal after xmas .....which would give more time to sort these things ....but for us means even more waiting and the share price languishing further.

Just my thoughts.

And so they should be discounted to asset value, Andy.

But it usually takes third party input to give credibility to the stated value. It's happened recently with SOL, huge resource but languishing share price then along come BHP and buy just a small % at modest price and the market suddenly believes and adds 50%.

Micros don't get enough analyst coverage if any, so investors are in the dark until an event crystallises value.

We need a BHP moment:)

paleje,

True but there's a whole host of mining companies around the world whose market value is a fraction of the value of their asset(s), not just Thor.

Sadly funding the mine construction is always the issue to realising that value, funders are thin on the ground, despite Molyhill, for example, being a very modest capex by normal mining standards.

Personally I don’t mind my shareholding being diluted as long as the value per share increases more. And that’s where the problem lies here...the underlying value which management say exists is not being reflected in the market price. And they seem powerless to change that.

There’s a big gap in trust and it’s why we need a sale or third party involvement. Absolutely crucial imo to get out of this rut.

2 mill may not be huge in the grand scheme but there are many AIM companies who have got into serious trouble for want of a lot less! It is a known quantity so I'm happy with it.

Of the outstanding warrants, circa 50m will expire by Dec 1st, all at around 1.2p - 1.25p. I suspect most will be cashed in or converted very soon... That's a 10% dilution.

Then, there's c. 100m expiring by mid 2019, another 20% or so dilution...

I know the exercising of these warrants will generate some cash, but a couple of million is not going to be huge in the grand scheme of things.

Of course, by mid next year, our gleaming new mine will be fully funded and almost ready for production... (He said with tongue firmly stuck in cheek!)

We'll just have to wait and see...

Paleje,

He was never circumnavigating the globe to present to a bunch of 20 people in Scotland!

He has a broker here and would be meeting potential funders and institutions, and added Scotland on whilst he was here, IMO.

Small point at the end of the studio interview he mentioned a fair size Aussie holder who'e been selling down almost cussedly, cant remember exact words, anyway said he would have liked to 'take him out' but couldn't because of closed period.
That wouldn't have been helping.

So the trip wasn't to sell to the Scots that was a side show, and it wasn't to do interviews/Q&A's because they can be done from anywhere. It was to pursue other stuff 'not on the surface'.

It's a good interview on the face of it, although nothing new.

The fact remains that things are moving at snails pace and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency, at least not on the surface.

Sharetalk Q&A

Reads very positive to me . Key things i noted

Due diligence fund (via P J) being used to secure another asset to balance risk . I would imagine gold and in Oz (PJ influence again ?)

Pilot Mtn commercialisation talks ARE happening and trying to conclude

working capital funding Post mid 2019 offered if needed. ( i assume PJ and his twitter crew )

The thing is THR has gone down on silly volumes so it can do the same upwards and has done before, MMS don’t hold much stock. Could get caught short literally if proper news lands.

But with or without imminent news the current share price is anomalous just on the most savage valuation for MH alone and notwithstanding what I see as poor management. I shall apologise openly for some of the comments I’ve made re MB if he surprises us but not holding my breath.

The vagaries of the market. No stock available on line NT for tiny orders - imagine if there were to be a sustained buy side period of pressure.

abrahe00,

Small indeed, £5,000 worth of trades at the death moved the price up around 20%!

Speculation on twitter, well banter really, that we might do an OMI, all quiet and lots of frustration as long suffering OMI holders know, then suddenly...

MMs picking pockets wherever they can. Where next? Up I hope, I added this week, probably kiss of death so I'll say sorry now.
