Terrace Hill announces that they received notification on 5 July 2006 that Mr
Philip Alexander Jeremy Leech, Managing Director of the Group, purchased 20,000
ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 56.5p per share.  The interest of Mr
Leech has increased from 1,564,447 ordinary shares (0.84%) to 1,584,447 ordinary
shares (0.85%).



The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued ordinary shares of 2p
each in the Group.
