'Growth' type companies especially those that are years away from any profitability and to be brutally honest I doubt THG will ever be profitable!...And unfortunately with market conditions the way they are, THG management are not in a very favourable position to dictate matters and now that 170p has been rejected, willing parties will be even more eager to pursue more 'Comical' offers!

...And if MM does take it private, he'll want it for next to nothing otherwise how will he continue with his philanthropic activities and his daily routine of being an unfortunate chav, ain't that right Paddy?

maybe yet something suggests another bid. Also if the time the takeover was rejected the share price was around 74p - 84p due to a undervalue, it does mean a bid around £1 would do it?

could go both ways but why would CEO spend so much money without something happening in the future. We will see but the target is only 85p - 90p with tops £1. So for those trapped in so much higher it's a matter of holding on or averaging down to get out around £1 when it gets there.
