Current drip is clear evidence of false rises.. hence an absolute confirmation of the downtrend at £1.27
Entry target 65p which remains on target for a double bottom pattern

malta didn't you buy in last time at 1.35 and the price plummeted to 88p then you sold. You defo got it wrong last time and I think you may have got it wrong this time. To open a short now is very very brave IMHO :)

4x4->Billionairebob, I’m really tempted to go to the AGM, as you mentioned yesterday, parking will cost a fortune but I just might get a taxi from the outskirts into the venue and back. I commute past one of the THG Warehouses on the side of the M62 on my way to work in Liverpool. That warehouse has its own state of the art hydrogen filling station by the look of it. Now that is keeping ahead of the curve.

If yes then that is 5 mins from where I live, I too drive past it every day on my way into work.

Can't be much fun holding this share. It rallies a little and gives holders hope then starts to drip back down. Dropping beneath 140p again, market knows something, not a good sign.

Private LTH’s are holding for obvious reasons, shorts have closed. Day traders could miss out the instant news hits so they are more than likely holders for the moment. Don’t leave many left. On that basis, not much support until there is news

I believe no deal will go through..a subsequent drip to complete the double bottom formation towards 65p should follow..a no brainer downtrend back to below £1.. then a damn good lesson to learn for ramping crew

this is the weakest share price has been for a while. No buying support (ever) - price only went up 2 weeks ago as shorts closed. now we have lost almost 20p in 6 trading days; this share simply cannot exist in the public market. needs to go private

the longer this drags on, the more shareholder value is eroded. market / investors hate uncertainity, and it seems THG specialize in this. need clear, affirmative plans

The longer this draws on, the more likely separation is seeming.All comes back to what we heard about maximising shareholder value. Only one way that happens

I don’t think that separation is plan b. It’s plan A. A list CEO’s don’t move to companies founded with immediate uncertainty.

I’ve always preferred a longer term option with THG. I hope that a private deal is not done. Better for LTH if the group is broken up and remains public

Softbank can activate their option only when THG Ingenuity is legally separated!

As per previous RNS's, it's due for completion by end of this month!!!! Tick tock! Any day. Sit on hands time or load up. This is due for a big gap up ANYTIME.

Toansy - right on the button. Now why would an Individual of such high calibre take on a role 1. If the new company is not worth anything! So we are told!. 2. There is no future in THG Ingenuity. Separation is completely any day. Imagine if separation goes ahead, and Softbank take up the option hahaha. The new CEO must have some written/unwritten guarantees in place to make this move. Intriguing. Master plan in full effect!
