What a week and with only 25 days to go until the TU any remaining shorts will be doing the right thing and buying shares. This is so undervalued even at these levels that it is still not too late to put it on your shopping list if you haven't already done so. The January sales have certainly come early for me and a few others on here. Merry Christmas.

Please be careful.. nothing goes up without my nob on that mahogany table. This could easily fall back below £2. It's pretty weak at the moment.. I've already seen the books.
Please try your best and help me to get in..I have buy orders ready and waiting at £1.66 and £1.89 respectively.

Hope this helps

Keep your eye on IDP today all. I actually think THG could buy it or takeover skinny tan to add to the beauty stable. Up 15 percent yesterday and second highest volume day of the year. Still only worth 9m and it's a 40m stock all day to me. Well worth a dual hold. It moves quick as results just published were excellent and not a massive free float.

I haven’t posted anything for a long time … the posts will relate to TW from a good few years ago when there was quite a lot of activity on it. Not sure if you are able to see that, but it’s definitely the truth

I don't usually post on BBs, but I can't believe how much dross being posted here ... lots of people predicting SPs day by day.

IMO that's a mugs game ... you may be right one day, but you can guarantee you'll be wrong another and then miss out on the longer term gain.

Much better to decide if you like the company and if you do, then invest in it when the time is right.

I've been aware of THG and Boohoo for quite a while now (I live in Manchester) but thought that the SPs of both companies where overvalued until recently, although I have never shorted a share in more than 35 years of investing. Well done to anyone who shorted THG when the share price was above £7 since at that point it was trading at a very high multiple and had high expectations to meet in order to justify that SP, but there's no way I would even consider shorting THG at anything like £2. I doubt that there is anyone on this BB who shorted THG at £7+ as they would probably on a beach somewhere at the moment.

When I saw THG bounce back off £1.75 I thought it had hit the bottom and bought in at £1.81 ... similarly I bought into Boohoo when it bounced off £1 and bought in at £1.03 as experience tells me that £1 can be quite a strong resistance level to break. Since then I have bought some more THG when it went above £2 as I thought it was breaking out, only to see it drop back to below £1.80 ... I know I should have waited, but when you've seen SPs of good companies fall so much in the past (eg Taylor Wimpey and Next ... which was 13p when I wish I had bought it but I didn't have the cash reserves at that time to take the gamble). I think I would have regretted it more if I hadn't bought THG at £2.03 and the share price continued the bounce, as an extra 20p on the share price won't mean much in a few years time.

I'm confident in the long term prospects of both these companies and am quite happy to carry on buying them on the way up rather than throwing the kitchen sink at it at the moment and feeling that I have to monitor daily share price movements and potentially missing out on another opportunity which will no doubt materialise due to covid ... this approach worked very well for me with TW which I bought from 40p upto £1 before selling most of them above £2.

The truth is, none of us are experts but we are all trying to make a few £, so best of luck everyone with your investments and have a great Christmas/New Year.

The chart is all set up for this to punch through 230p and put in a massive day, trouble is we have a low volume half day tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised to see this hold 225-230p tomorrow and make the move next week, am I right in thinking next open day is Wednesday?
