05/1/2025 16:25 | Bull it could certainly be the case that Selkirk is going to do as you say. However there will likely be a placing to deal with the debt before hand or at same time as with ingenuity MP will contribute via shareholders to any stripping out process. All these games are just games, the market has this spot on and always has. Moulding has the model the strip out and will do it again with a placing. Wait and see. Selkirk is a worthless company with Iain McDonald at the helm, hardly inspiring. | havinthelasttoast
05/1/2025 14:30 | i am ready the share price to hammer up in the morning.. | qantas
05/1/2025 13:52 | Potty6 To be fair he has certainly lost control of Remainco and how many large investors didn’t go into Ingenuity and so increased at Remainco? There was a huge amount of slack at Ingenuity he had to pick up. Matt’s number of voting shares at Remainco was reduced to c.9% at a max! | hades1
05/1/2025 12:24 | Selkirk is a newly formed SPAC type vehicle that has little to no trading history and whilst it has some experienced 'Activist' investors, the former being Kelso achieved nothing with initiating change at the tripe so what makes you believe the 'Minnow' can raise the capital required for MyP Leone but to be fair it won't cost much with the way its heading, however its pretty unlikely they would even consider purchasing a business that is in material decline in that incredibly competitive and highly cut-throat arena...Enormous growth potential is what they're after in a relatively early stage 'Disruptive' company so does that remind you of MyP, you deluded fo_ol! ...And MyP in India achieving 15-20% annually lol!...Have you even seen who their competition are locally there and when you can't even capitalise upon your local markets, what blood chance do you have internationally that are hugely impacted through diminishing margins or even currency depreciation but ever heard of that saying try not to run before you can walk because the 'Mould' sadly thinks he's the next big thing with trying to emulate those from the sc_um US! | one_frankel

05/1/2025 07:07 | Have you watched the video? He sure sounds like he is talking about raising capital to buy MP (including making an offer in Q1). Hope your short will be closed by then. | leoneobull

04/1/2025 15:14 | I wouldn’t be investing here no matter how cheap. He can just take it private at the market price and offer everyone the opp to participate. He can even do a placing before it like he did with ingenuity. Who would buy it now considering it’s an ingenuity long term money sucking deal. It all honesty it couldn’t have worked out worse for shareholders and the timing of it is because trading is so bad, which I have been warning about for a long time. Ignore the data at your peril. Only one way I invest again is if be some miracle the data shows a turnaround. | havinthelasttoast
04/1/2025 14:38 | Unlikely Paddy when he's been offloading his RemainCo shares for building his 'SuperMajority' stake in NewCo and the fra_ud must certainly know things aren't going great with neither Nutrition nor Beauty but I read your comment earlier about how Nutritions growth has subsided from the minus 29% months earlier but its those margins that are of grave importance for their bottom line and whether thats grown is a whole different matter altogether because I've got a funny feeling it's due to customer incentives galore and that's sadly never profitable for any business buddy as I'm sure you know. | one_frankel
04/1/2025 14:31 | 'OnSolidGround' on LSE seems in a rather desperate mood folks to stop his losses mounting with a unrelenting ramp hehe! | one_frankel

04/1/2025 11:04 | I remember there was a THG article in the FT over a year ago now where that tramp from LSE 'Oke_Cokey' wrote a ridiculous comment about how we should all be rather patient and allow the Mould to sow his seeds so to speak. I responded accordingly but it seems the unlearned mu_g hasn't learnt very much since and still firmly believes a bid is imminent for those 'Two other so called highly profitable businesses' so its certainly a gift that keeps on giving for those long-suffering PIs hehe! ...Hope not realism folks is all that sadly remains here and ultimately its just a punt not an investment! | one_frankel
04/1/2025 10:58 | Well hello folks, it's good to be back in the bitter cold of London Town! ...I hope one et al has had a good festive break and ready for 2025 with the demerger concluded now except nothing much has changed in this tripe with the 'Northern Buffoon' running rings around all but not surprising hey! ...So save yourself the heartache of losing your hard-earned before it becomes honestly too late because this is going even lower than the 30s, make no fu_ckin mistake! | one_frankel
