The LSE made him incredibly rich but his behaviour (declining offers, missing targets, lying/misleading etc etc) since listing on the LSE has made his investors much much poorer. So why’s that not his fault? Surely he is the CEO? Makes no sense. Understand the LSE discount against US markets doesn’t help but that discount has been there for decades and although the discount substantially increased post 2016 (with the addition of the Bretix moron discount) again Matt knew that when THG listed in 2020. | hades1 | |

Business is worth vastly more, everyone knows this. How will he unlock value, no one knows for sure. So you are either in or out, with or against.
