Asos X top shop is interesting for SOTP
This should help shed
Problem is shed needs buyers and I worry she will sell into herself again today whilst others go up

Poor journalism indeed. Warrington Borough Council did not INVEST (ie. ownership, whole or part)in the property. The Council lent money to Matt Mouldings vehicle (I cant remember the name of the company).

You have a point and I also expect any rise back towards 100p without verified positive news to be sold into market wide.
Sadly there isn’t any scheduled company news until early 2024 so THG is subject to market volatility in the meantime.
Do we get a Santa Rally surrounded by two regional wars? - That’s the question for me at the moment anyway.

If that is true then you will be disappearing for good the next time the share price hits 90p :)

With so many value opportunities across the market, I am surprised you keep coming back to a company whose CEO you have clearly fallen out of love with.

Bought and sold a few times (keeping a underlining holding) but mistakenly thought he might actually deliver for once after positive AGM statement and relinquishing of golden share.
Sadly Matt always fails to deliver.
Currently many value opportunities across the market without the extra risk of a mad man at the helm.

Hades, you said you were going to sell out, not top slice, if the share price hit 90p.The share price hit 90p in May, then again in July and yet here you are still here :)

Not sneaky just fed up with Mad Matt undermining the share price.
Now he’s out the country we might get a spike up?
Normally happens.
Here’s hoping to top slice.

You ask why are THG being dragged to the gutter again Bobby!

...Because it is destined for the gutter my dear friend much like the Mould who arose from one!

Not sure anyone is getting worked up but I agree that the property sale is unlikely to impact THGs share price.
However as I said earlier ‘hope springs eternal’.
This is just a bulletin board discussion ie operating as intended

If the market believes another IMO story and the share price rises, I will be extremely happy but immediately adopt Bob’s investment strategy - pump and top slice!
In fact if it’s high enough I will top, middle and bottom slice!
Many solutions available to Matt to solve this low company valuation but I don’t believe an MBO is one of them.
But if the market believes and the price rises then that’s treat
It’s the market that matters in taking this share price higher not posters on this bulletin board.

Bob is right
That daily Mail story has more holes than Swiss cheese. Everyone and their aunt knows council authorized the loan transfer, initial sale didn’t go ahead as was low balled and moulding got a new consortium offer
So many sneaky Petes around

Sadly THG will always be dragged into the gutter whilst Matt remains as CEO.
Nothing new there and we all know why he is so badly regarded by the investment community. It’s been debated endlessly on numerous forums and he has done absolutely nothing to improve things over recent months.
Of course he could be in Dubai working during his children’s half term holidays but I seriously doubt it - Much more likely in Dubai on holiday with his children during half term.
However let’s all hope Matt finally delivers something that improves his tarnished reputation amongst the investment community and so delivers a sustainable share price recovery - Extremely quickly!
Hope springs eternal.

PS
You looking to top slice again?

Why are THG being dragged through the gutter AGAIN via an article that has absolutely NOTHING to do with them? How do you know he is there on holiday? He makes more of a reference to work than holiday
