Does HE hold enough shares - he owns 14% so no.

He currently has the support of the 65% so that is enough to stop any hostile activity. The price would have to be decent to start chipping in to that 65%.

Investor relations job is to manage existing, and attract new investors.
A share price only moves up and down on supply and demand.
more demand for a share due to more buyers (than sellers) means price goes up

Are we really now 4 months later as a company in a 35% worse off position. Things sounded very positive at last update and we appear to have turned a big corner coming into the last quarter. Can’t believe we have been screwed since this article 35%.

Ripe for another bid to go private, needs a serious offer and Moulding to embrace it. KKR would be the logical one, they screwed it last time by wanting out when it IPO’d, that is the problem with vultures. Moulding would likely have been happy to keep it private so he could keep up his antics with all the little conditions attached. KKR likely saw through all that, and thought we gotta get out of dodge! But if it is turning a corner then the time is never likely to get better.
