It’s insider info. They can’t trade on any info not in the hands of the public that is about to be released within 30 days.

Imagine for a second Matt sold 10m share 15 days before q3 results which were terrible and the share tanked 40 percent.

Clearly insider trading. Embarrassing that I have to give an example to you for you to apply basic logic.
