Fantastic Paddy but how long did it take you to rustle that up...All morning hehe!

...But whats rather bizarre is how you state that the tripes share price rose to astronomical heights, was that in your nightmares buddy?

...But I mean the following is just incredibly telling of all your incompetence!...For months on end the disingenuous, pretentious Northern Irish chav sang the praises of the tripe with his significant holding and with all his modesty as he has such a concerning inferiority complex over others, he had to shout it from the rooftops but then lo and behold he sort of lost all his conviction strangely enough and then sold out with just about breaking even (if that can be believed!) and now he's back for a second bite of the cherry for THGs January shocker basing his decision on our resident Sankshiela which says it all really hehe!

...Unfortunately, you're nothing more than a mu_g punter PaddyWhack and you certainly haven't got a fu_ckin clue about what investings all about so lesson the fu_ckin noise in future hey!

If one ever wonders why one Frankel hates THG so much I thought it would help everyone to know his story.

Once upon a time in the bustling world of the London Stock Exchange, there was a stock trader named Frankel. Frankel was known for his impeccable suits, slicked-back hair, and a seemingly endless supply of confidence. He believed he could turn any stock into gold with just a snap of his fingers.

One fateful day, Frankel heard whispers about a mysterious and highly speculative stock called “THG” that everyone was talking about. Rumors had it that this stock could make anyone a millionaire overnight. Frankel, not one to miss out on a hot tip, decided to invest his entire life savings in THG.

As the days went by, Frankel watched the stock price of THG soar to astronomical heights. He couldn’t believe his luck! He envisioned himself lounging on a private island, sipping coconut water, and basking in the glory of his newfound riches.

But, as luck would have it, just when Frankel was about to cash out and live the good life, the stock market took a nosedive. Panic ensued as THG’s value plummeted faster than a lead balloon. Frankel’s fortune began to dwindle, and he found himself frantically hitting the refresh button on his trading app, hoping for a miracle.

Frankel’s phone buzzed with notifications, but they were all margin calls and red alerts. He was losing money at a pace that would make even the speediest of racecars jealous. Desperation set in, and he made a series of ill-advised trades to recoup his losses, which only made matters worse.

Soon, Frankel was left with a portfolio worth less than a bag of potato chips. He had lost not only his life savings but also his confidence. His once-sharp suits now felt like straightjackets, and his slicked-back hair had more than a few gray strands.

His friends and colleagues couldn’t help but chuckle at the irony. Frankel, the self-proclaimed stock market guru, had been outsmarted by a three-letter ticker symbol. They nicknamed him “Frankel the Foolish” and would occasionally tease him by asking, “Hey Frankel, how’s THG treating you these days?”

And so, the legend of Frankel the stock trader who lost it all on THG became a cautionary tale on the London Stock Exchange, a reminder that even the most confident traders could find themselves on the wrong end of a market frenzy. Frankel learned the hard way that in the world of stocks, what goes up can come crashing down faster than you can say “buy low, sell high.”

As you can see Paddy, the Northern buffoon clearly struggles to understand any advanced logic whatsoever and theres absolutely no doubt he has an IQ below average or that of a child unfortunately hehe!

If you’re so sure why don’t you short it then.

Going to be interesting on Tuesday for asos. I tried to open a short the other day but they changed the terms and now what a 20 pip spread at level 5 bet. 47 quid for level 1. If it goes down a lot more I might take a punt into results with 200k of shares long. Pure gamble, better than the GGs

I agree..I think they struggle to follow basic double bottom logic which your can see at 32p..then if minus this figure by 4p and divide by 4 , you can see how I got to that 7p target

I really hope this helps before the drip...drip...drip...
......BANG 7p!!

Thank you

If you can't even assume simple things like that Paddy, what chance have got of successfully investing in the stock market unless its just punting which is quite clearly what Bobby does!

...And I beg to think how he interprets the financial accounts of a company, well thats if he even knows what a balance sheet looks like!

Language barriers can often result in misunderstandings.

Don’t always assume that someone has a below average IQ because they struggle to follow more advanced logic.

It’s always possible albeit unlikely that they are actually smart.

No wonder this country's going to the dogs when you have such blatant incompetence in basic numeracy...Get a fu_ckin education Bobby as its never too late even in your flip-flops, you du_mb Northern fu_ck!

...I don't believe you even finished high school but maybe that's why you to take others opinions as gospel with all your 'Ramp-it-Up' and can't ever seem to assume anything for your fu_ckin self!

Listen up Bobby, you fu_ckin du_mb Northerner!

...If your rental income per month is $12k, does that equate to a $3M property valuation using reverse engineering principles regardless of the area because that's already accomodated within the price mechanism!...It's simple mathematics which I'm sure even you can work out!

...So are you quite clearly du_mb Bobby or just blatantly incompetent as I'm struggling to work out which one it truly is!

My bird Sheila has just done a full market valuation per share and she thinks it's worth putting my nob on the mahogany table next to the Ste's mum's pudi at 7p

I hope this will save you guys from arguing and help me to continue building the Shaggers Fund

Thank you and lovya loads xx

The context was that you were doubting the 3m Selling price. He was confirming the rent and for the area the yield matched what he said.

What you are talking about is the merits of investing and valuations based on yield. This is a totally out of context point.

I’d recommend using chat GPT to translate and formulate your points better. People with limited English can benefit from AÍ now endlessly. Hope that helps.

No Paddy, it's a metric that gives a false market valuation and only fo_ols like Bobby would think it's credible!

They have went buy just after the toast.

I understand you're a 'Du_mb Northerner' Bobby but do you understand reverse engineering so with that mind, does a monthly rental of $12k equate to a $3M property valuation?

...I've honestly never come across someone who invests in the stock market and is so incredibly incompetent as you Bobby...Stick to punting or playing on the GGs in future as it seems so much more up your street!

...And who's talking about rental yield you silly mu_g but do tell me how $12k/month equates to a $3M property valuation?...Is that a 'Northern' thing by the way, you bloody buffoon!
