The Company has been notified that on 19 February 2020 and 20 February 2020, Dean Hoyle, Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 141,578 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 36.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
