Change of name to The Mission Group plc ("MISSION")
The Mission Marketing Group plc announces that it has changed its name to The Mission Group plc.
The Company's shares are expected to trade under the new name and TIDM "TMG" from 27 September 2019. The Company's current ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same, as will the Company's website address (www.themission.co.uk).
No new share certificates will be issued in respect of existing ordinary shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid.
James Clifton, Chief Executive, said: "We remain on a mission to help brands thrive, but we aim to do that by being a trusted business partner, not limited to marketing communications. Today's name change reflects that ambition."
