Eleven properties that don't look too disastrous. If we could get £2m for those I would be very happy. Take us down to around 80 properties if the other stuff goes through.

Looking at Allsop's list for the May auction, I think these are LSR properties - 89, 130, 132, 133, 144, 145, 150, 151, 159, 160 and 163.

i can't see it dipping below 30p, i picked up a few more this morning, at fractionally over 31p, reasonably happy with that. I guess that if you're closer to the action, you can probably get in at 30.something.

MMs now offering 150k on sell side, might see 30p on book at which point if we club together you could get a seat on the board.

Potentially a lot of stock to come out. share price is immaterial in the short term; terminal NAV is the only thing that matters.

The sales announced came within my target range. It would be nice to think the others are roughly in-line with previous PT sales.

Yep, and unfortunately nothing particularly noteworthy, except:

i) the total number of sales at auction is less than counted, but the aggregate value is correct, so, i assume that lots such as Bristol or Wolverhampton are being counted as single properties
ii) the auction fee is 1% lower than previous sales?

HY results due early June, but I'm sure we would like a bit more correspondence from the company on plans prior to then

Looks like the recent sales went through with very minor haircuts on book values-so good result

Understandable that they make no mention of any discounts to book on the deals in progress and certainly would be excellent news if these go through at similar levels

There are bound to be a few growlers in the stocks where tenants have gone west with over rents
