Would have expected a tick up by now as some reasonable buys have gone through in the last few weeks.

I notice from previous years, director buying before close period is not unusual

NTA is a decent business and you may be talking to existing shareholders in that business. However, to suggest what you have as advice on your thread over there, started 2 days ago, is not for here and no doubt you are fully aware of the rules and regulations regarding these message boards. You know that nonsense is out of order. If you have a valid contribution to make then good. Otherwise, please follow your own advice if you wish but leave others to pursue their own goals.

As someone who paid off his mortgage 11 years early in a simple manner, I find your extremely high risk attitude more suitable for the bookies.

Why do you stay with this share, up from 2.5 to 3.5 or so . look at NTA up from 2 to 16 in same time ,with a long way to go yet!! Both in the building game.

House prices were "unseasonably strong" in September, shrugging off August's rate rise, the Nationwide says.

Anyone interested in property investment in Germany might like to take a look at Puma Brandenberg (PUMA), a relatively new venture with market cap > £190M.

Surely the speech by Gordon Brown at the Labour Party conference, should
encourage the market to take an interest in house building companies.
Perhaps even ART will tick up.

And 2 trades done through as sales but they're not and they happen to be 100000 and 200000. Bloody hell, you've now got me looking at day trading

Well, you speak for yourself gjabrj. I know of at least 2 who are still interested and yes, I'm one of them lol

Forgive me if I'm wrong but has this share not, intermittently, risen and settled about this level over 2 years, give or take a bit? Are the markets all over the world all over the place these days or is it simply art? For those who want some excitment, take a look at the goings on at trx e.g. Now that's what I call crazy. Hoever, generally, I couldn't care less at the ups and downs of daily share price volatility.

Just my opinion of course. Looks to me that there is still as always, the usual small trades going through at art.
