19/9/2006 01:00 | This is all very old news, and now so much of a non-issue. Post 1204 says it all, and should remind us all. Such a placing, as detailed in 1201 above and being virtually issue cost-free, was always going to be at some form of discount to the (then) market price. Its aim was to give RBS the comfort to make material additional support available to ART and to strengthen the balance sheet yet further, on top of 3 years of solid retained profits. Look at any analagous situation, and you will see that the Nomad and the Board got this one broadly right. steve | sll
17/9/2006 20:43 | gjabrj, You already knew about this. Indeed you about it at the time, sent an email to the company about it and got a reply. Surely you haven't forgotten? | swiftnick
17/9/2006 20:37 | From the RNS dated 3 March 2006: Under the AIM Rules, the placing of shares with Aspen Finance is regarded as a related party transaction and therefore the Board, with the exception of Michael Stevens, have carefully considered the terms of the Placing and, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, consider the terms to be fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned. | swiftnick

10/9/2006 23:09 | i think this is one of the "best looking" share charts - very likely to go up though would not expect hughe profits, probably up to 6-8p level... | nicedude1976
09/9/2006 07:17 | Sadly I did not. Is the share graph beginning to look like the opening of Frazier. Think I've got too much time on my hands. | mistertibbs

27/8/2006 12:14 | We are still on a gentle upwards track with the 2006 AGM update (5/9/6) and the fy2007 interims to come. In view of the many areas of solid progress over the past 3 years, I am still of the view that ART is undervalued. | sll
26/8/2006 18:01 | There weren't too many as it turns out. Pity about the last trade of the day | mistertibbs

23/8/2006 17:21 | I had someone on the phone this morning claiming to be doing market research and wanting to talk about Artisan. I dumped the phone on him because I guessed it would be some bucket shop operator trying to unload them. Maybe I should have listened or maybe that's exactly what's going on and the reason for todays buys. V. | vaneric
