A bit like this whole year can be added to the rest that have been wasted achieving the bare minimum.

We should be having a word with our lawyers about this amount of time wasting and lack of share price progress.

I don't expect we will see anything much until the deals are done and the licences granted. 😴 End of the month perhaps who knows with these guys. Always a drama 🙁.

So with all the noise from this little share drama, we seem to have buried the news that was expected by the 11th of Oct.

There is of course a strong possibility that this latest court room battle was holding thing up. But WTFDIK.

Olisol share going to Fincraft?
Looks like there was a falling out between two Olisol principals Alexander Abramov and Alexander Skripka - see below extract from St. Vincent & The Grenadines High Court docket for 10th September 2024.

The Olisol shareholding was recently shown under Gazexport Limited.

The Fincraft share acquisition notice mentioned that a portion of the shares (not all!) came from one holder - could it be that the Olisol falling out caused them to offload the Tethys shares?

Might be of more interest than usual with new guy in place.

If this brings and end to the continued drama it'll be fantastic. I'd like to see the deals go through before the end of the month, just to show that this is it, no more messing about.

Anyone's guess at the moment as to who's selling what percentage.

Yes this guy does sound very well connected but we thought that with Olisol, Gemini and jaka. Not to mention one of our board members. Let's see if this deal actually achieves something.

The Purchased Shares represent approximately 26.95% of the issued and outstanding ordinary Shares of Tethys.

It seems that there are no shares in Treasury and the total issued is 114.86m

Jaka and Olisol own a combined 28.5%.

Seems to be the obvious sellers, selling out to a better connected individual

Yes it also says three transactions will take place in the 4th quarter. So perhaps that indicates three separate holders. A percentage from each, kind of makes sense.

Probably the only way to get this donkey traded in for a race horse
