Thank you Dorset64, we are all in the same boat here "still waiting" as we all were 2 years ago, 3 years ago and further for a large majority.

Some vent their frustrations as I and some vent their frustrations by taking it out on others who vent their frustrations, who are victims of such a disastrous waste of time investment

Some roll over and take it, some stand up and show anger and agitation.

What would you do if somebody stole your car whilst you were looking????

hguess16, being ashamed of being robbed of a huge sum of money due to delays, silence and multiple other things which were kept away from us is not a bad thing.

The time for caring, cotton wool, snowflake comments are long gone. We have all be shafted so far and we sit her with multi millions in losses whilst we are treated with, hmmm let me see!!!!

Professionalism went out the window when we were all shafted with continual negative share prices, silence then lifetime lows for the past 2 years.


Looking forward to saying nice caring words, bigging the Board up and apologising for my past frustrations, maybe a few smileys for good measure when we are at .40 CAD





BTW hguess16 it does release the pent up pressure and frustration that I feel for having invested in Tethys. ;-)

TI, There you go again with your daily rant. I presume this releases the pent up pressure and frustration that you feel for having invested in Tethys.
Instead of looking at the charts and the pitiful,pathetic current share price and the lack of a positive move up, try looking at the info in the past press releases to find out if the chances of a recovery in the share price are more likely in the next few months.

Remember that you are not alone in this
predicament.
A number of us are watching and waiting
for events to unfold from this duel of
legal disputes in process in two separate legal jurisdictions.
Instead of blowing your top by abusing
Wells and his team of xxxx and zzzz,
take a closer look at your own display
of unprofessional conduct to date.

You should be ashamed of yourself !.

My view of Wells and his team since they took over in Dec 2016 is that they
are doing their best in order to rescue
a " basket case " namely Tethys, that was about to be stolen from under our
very noses.
We were all taken in by the hype of the
Oil Doctor and his cohorts, actively supported by local partner, Oilysol who
felt that Tethys was already "theirs "
by right.
So stop the daily rant and try being a bit more constructive in your comments.

As Tethys is subject to due process in two separate legal jurisdictions, (a)in
Canada for breach of contract/illegal acts by Olisol and EGG and (b) in
KZ for alleged breach of contract by
TAG against EGG, we may have to wait, IMO, until at the latest the Dec TSX deadline for the dispute to be sorted
out by " negotiation " or in the Courts.
Who holds the strongest hand in this game of poker being played in the two
legal jurisdictions ?.

Looks as though every other investor in Tethys has given up, cant be bothered, or are politely waiting in line to have their investment stolen from them.



Some of us hate being robbed as we get older year by year with zero shareholder value created from the Board that we voted in as well as the ongoing silence from them!!!!!!!!

Won't be long for news:

From Olisol press release:
"OLISOL Petroleum (hereinafter – Olisol) today announces that on September 13, 2017 the Specialized Interdistrict Economic court of Aktyubinsk region passed a judgment on denial of the rehabilitation procedure application for TethysAralGas"

From Tethys RNS:
"In any event, in accordance with RoK law, the decision of the first court does not come into force until a month after the court's decision and TAG should continue to benefit from certain RoK legal protections against creditors, such as Eurasia Gas Group LLP ("EGG"), taking any adverse action against TAG during the appeal process."

So Friday the 13th could be a bit of a Friday the 13th for Tethys......or not.

Obviously it is impossible to tell what game is being played out here. I mean the whole thing could be a complete farce of collusion. WHO KNOWS!!

My personal take on it is that Tethys are rationing their own progress due to the fact that they as a company could end up in the hands of an aggressor. I mean why would you renovate and increase the value of your house knowing the bank were going to take it back in a month or two. Who knows what deals Robson done with Olisol in the past and what caveats were included. We just found out about one of them didn't we. What next I wonder.

Perhaps the Kumars were made aware of these deals and is the reason they invested such a small amount and got such a large slice.

This is all conjecture on my part and I am more of the opinion that Tethys is purely protecting itself but at the same time preparing for the worst.
