Further to the Interim Results for the six months ended 31 December 2002, the
Board of the Company has today allotted 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each
in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to Sigma Technology
Management Limited, subject to the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
("AIM").

Application has been made to AIM for the New Ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading and dealings are expected to commence on 31 March 2003.
