How Stock Exchange rules allow companies like Tertiary and Sunrise Resources (SRES) to continue to trade beats me. They are just devices to suck monies from innocent "investors" (i.e. naive gamblers) and transfer them into the pension funds of the Directors. Some directors they are! - they could hardly direct traffic at a remote crossroads let alone run a company. Disgraceful that this is allowed to continue. Certain persons (and they know who they are) have clearly demonstrated just how low their moral and ethical standards have sunk.
