Haha yes everything he's ever tipped has ended badly. And he still has the cheek to constantly trash other good companies.Anyway, today's news seems good. But have to bear in mind this company doesn't have too much cash at hand, so possibly could be looking at dilution to buy into another asset.

Placing coming here for sure.

See they are presenting at Proactive on 12th January, last time they were there the share price was 4p+

They placed stock one month later @ 2.65p

Will they get one away at .75p this time I wonder???

After all these years I have finally figured it out. Patrick Cheetham is working his socks off in an attempt to bring TYM's share price below that of Sunrise. He may very well succeed.

I hope there is some accelerated progress towards production in 2017.
2016 was like watching paint dry. Richard mot giving much away. One to watch and wish I had of watched instead of investing a few years ago.

They needed the cash to pay the 1 Kroner for the land - so not even that amount in petty cash or the 'chocky biccies tin'!!!!
So they need 12 months for 'due dilligence'!!! 11 months to look up what it is & 1 month to get someone else to do it?!!!!! Doh!!!!

Our BORED have just woken up, after one of their 6 month naps, found an offer on the table & accepted straight away, before they are overcome with exhaustion & sleep for the next 6 months!!! Well, that will sort out directors remuneration & expenses while they are having the next nap!!!!! Bah Humbug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 100k payment sounds a bit feeble at first, but a good deal overall when considering the retained royalty and smelter interests. Hopefully some revenue will come from at sone point.Does this sale mean they need more cash? Or is it just a bit of jiggly so they can concentrate more resources on the core Nevada asset?

They don`t want this mining permit because that would mean they would have to pay out for the next delaying task, eg another survey or drill a hole and pay for testing.
That have no money for this as they have earmarked it for their own remuneration and expenses.
Surely the reindeer herders will come out of hiding before Christmas as it must be a busy period for reindeer.

Are any board members still alive ?
Why is nothing happening ?
How many years does it take a bunch of directors to actually sell something ?
How long does a mining permit appeal take to organise ?
How many more placings, for the sole purpose of paying the directors salaries, can there be before TYM is laid to rest ?

The placing was all done and dusted before the results came out.
If the subscribers to the placing had seen the accounts before they were made public then this is insider dealing.

If the mining permit appeal is to be (hopefully)thrown out then why not have the placing after this news has pushed the share price up ?

The answer is that they look after themselves and their friends and couldn`t give a toss about us small long time shareholders.
