So a director sells 300,000 shares and we find out 2 years later.
He should pay the company the difference between what he got for them and what he would have got when we were told.

Sue the auditors for producing incorrect information in the accounts.

A new low on the long term chart.

Onwards and downwards.

If we wait long enough there will be an upwards blip to 3.5p bid.
Will seriously consider reducing at this level.

A company full of statements that would suggest they are about to hit the jackpot. Unfortunately they never deliver on anything. This has been going on for years. Serial underachievers.

You hit right on the money there. I had some of these probably around 15 years ago
nothing has changed. PC must like the scenery up there, he gets a wage out though.
Q Is there any commercial Flurspar mining in the area.

TYM A future major fluorspar producer in Europe.

Really. Will this be in my lifetime ?
Yes they have projects in Norway, Sweden and Nevada.
They haven`t made any effort to get anything out of the ground, and this looks set to continue indefinitely.

Looks like they collect projects like some collect luxury cars (and never drive them).

tonynaylor - you are quite right. The Appollo project which culminated in the landing of men on the Moon and their safe return lasted from 1961 until 1972. Just as well Tertiary's management weren't involved! Patrick Cheetham - WAKE UP!

*smile* I see that you have tongue in cheek again! To get it right once in 10 years or so - what brilliant forecasters!

Benchmark, I did mention the Beaufort reiteration with tongue in cheek. Although in fairness to them we did go from 2p to 12p some years ago and they were spot on then!

stirfry13 - it would seem that it cannot! I can hardly imagine that Patrick Cheetham would reject a reasonable JV approach - he would surely be mad to do so. Given the Company's proven reserves in Scandinavia and the U.S. and their status as one of the major world owners of flourspar (untapped), I would have thought that that was a tasty enough morsel to attract a bigger fish to make an approach. However, again, we are in depressed times with commodities out of fashion and companies unwilling to extend themselves.

(wywcy1 - Beaufort have been reiterating that recommendation for about the last 150 years and I really would pay no heed to it - the evidence is that nobody else has either!)

The market makers have lifted the share price this morning - certainly not the abyssmally small number of shares traded do far. And I dont expect the volume to increase hugely to reflect this mornings news. It comes back to the same fundamental - assets in the ground with no visible plan to develop them and no talk or indication of work on a JV will cripple this company.

My guess all along was that TYMs "real" plan was to acquire assets and try and flog them vs becoming a producer as they suggest.

So - I really do hope that TYM board are working their buts off in the background talking to suitable suitors....a JV would do it (but I'm still not that convinved thats our real plan)

But WWWOOOOOOWWWW.....Im BORED.

Took a stack of these at 5p months and months back - so im sitting at a loss at the moment.

Still....desptite the raising, we are still a tiny minnow in mkt cap, so the upside is there.

"Talk in the city"....yeah...maybe.
Do the city boys really talk about tiny <£5m mkt cap companies over beers ? Nah.

News will come soon hopefully....talk or no talk.

There would seem to be nothing wrong with the assets but we still have a board with an ave. age akin to Blatter's & who seem to think that snails are in the 'fast lane'!!

Judge me in two months time on both JLP and TYM.

See you on the 30th July, or before, and if both these companys haven't had transformational news I will happily walk away from here.

Follow the buying pattern here following the fund raising, it is positive, yet not one piece of news, the half yearly report wasn't exactly inspiring, yet we slowly continue to rise, years and years of dilution, backed up with not the slightest evidence or plan to construct any cash producing facility, yet we are slowly rising. NV is an amazing asset in the right place, do you think this company is talking to possible JV partners in the States? Well if it isn't the BOD's should resign now if not.

Regarding JLP, it's up 25% since I began posting a month ago, and its had a fund raising.

If you want me to put on here "Dave from bla bla bla said xxxx is going to happen" then forget it.
