seanmiller,

Yep theres a overhang but any sign of good news will clear it. M/Cap only £180K.

Dorset64,

Re MSG- I bought 500k @ 0.29p when price to buy was 0.35p. Goes to show how quickly things can change in this game! Will ROE be the next one? Only time will tell....

Good luck guys.

"Incidentally, how do you propose TER is going to have £500k plus interest in 15 months without selling assets??"

lol, not my department I'm afraid, but interesting about PRSC. Time will tell as in all investments, and most AIM stocks are risky with the potential to lose all your initial investment, I think most AIM investors know that.

The trick is to only invest what you can afford to lose, then you can have some fun on specualtive investments like TER.

Asparks......makes it better for all to buy lower. Someone's loss is anothers gain.

Agreed.... and at least he is in for longer term..... with fall back of share price I assume some of the short termers are abandoning ship already ...

Sean - PG is very shrewd(although has had some notable disasters too) and the deal he has arranged here is almost a no lose situation for him.
Whether it is good for other investors depends on how it pans out.
As an example, PG took a fair sized stake in troubled company PRSC and investors all got excited about a PG takeover but the company ended up in administration with PG allegedly picking over the carcass for the company's assets..

Incidentally, how do you propose TER is going to have £500k plus interest in 15 months without selling assets??

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Thats interesting Dell. Can it be said that if he is that shrewd he may be the kind of man TER need. He is, as you say, covered at all angles, but selling assets to pay the loan will always be his last option, as the return is break even (unless he takes control of them and can increase value from there). His main concern here is to create value on his investment, and he had even laid foundation to pick up more shares, albeit at 1p. He must be confident he can do something positive here. The mm's seem to have confidence also, not too many buys but marked up share price by 128%.

Could be an interesting long term play IMO....

Ah, I wondered why PG had 6mln warrants at 1p and not 5mln, or 10mln, or any other figure.
An additional 6mln shares would take him to just under the max 29.9% without requiring a mandatory offer. Issuing him with a larger number of warrants would have required a whitewash resolution to be approved by shareholders before this agreement could have been completed.
So he now has the option of taking his holding to just under 30% at only 1p per share without requiring shareholder approval if TER do OK, or he gains control over the assets if TER can't repay the loan.

What a clever fellow!

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

"Well, PG can't really lose. He gets 9% interest on a 'secured' loan", agree, but that would apply to any bank that loaned the money. And depends on the value of the assets, does anyoe have any info on that btw.

"plus retains his holding in TER (bought at 1p per share)" as with any investment, it's still a risk though. But shows confidence.

Well, PG can't really lose. He gets 9% interest on a 'secured' loan plus retains his holding in TER (bought at 1p per share) whilst it gets back on its feet. Pretty neat, eh! He's the one sitting back with a glass of the fizzy stuff today? He's the one piloting the boat....

Sorry asparks, I meant that he has now only arrived but has missed today's boat. Sure thing with possibly more to come but nobody needs one-liners from him.

Sven2006, 9% is not high. For a simple example, you can save money in a bank account at 6.5%, so they will always lend it at a higher rate. Say you got the remarkable rate of 7.5% in todays credit climate, then it would save the compay £7,500 in interest. hardly the make and break of a company lol.
