is anyone interested in details of a company which has a net asset value more than 3X its current mcap?

worth a read:

Estech has recently been bought by a company I referred to ealier. Note the bit about detailed discussions with local authorities

Hmm, I think that the reason the market makers have widened the spread to much is to put people off buying the shares. Perhaps they think a bid is highly likely but don't want to march the price up too quickly in case it kicks of a lot of selling.

With the bid at 5p but trading at 5.6p, and the offer at 6.5p but trading at 6.42p, you get a far better deal selling than buying.

asparks .... see you on that thread then for ALL future discussion / promotion of RGY then ;-)

PS: particularly like this post on that thread:

Yes... indeed ..... I prefer to keep on track for the board in question ..... but I do object to people who continually promote other stocks across numerous threads......

Back to TER boys as I'm sure RGY has its own board..........

So why are you so keen on continuously promoting RGY across all the various threads you post on - you make MotiveTV look like an infrequent promoter....

DOn - I had an originbal holding which I did not keep for long and sold at a small loss. But the rest I have bought pretty near botton.

haven't you been saying that of RGY for many months now.... I assume you've averaged down on the journey....

yes - but so was TER until last week.

It will be RGY's turn next IMO

isn't it down 6% sa far today (RGY that is) - must be a pretty frustrating share to hold ...eh... Perhaps you should have put your RGY investment in to TER instead....

I agree asparks, but I was just simply commenting on the comparism of the charts to date.

true I agree - but that does not mean RGY should be written off. Its Estech development is IMO very promising. They have a reasonable cash position too - unlike TER!

main difference in the charts asparks is that TEr is definately in an up-trend, whilst RGY is the opposite. Looked as though the bottom was found but todays lows on RGY shows it may not yet be the bottom.

TER is much a more friendlier looking chart at the mo.

Dorset

edit: and as I write off she goes again!!!

A similar size co, in a similar sector, with a similarly poor share price performance is RGY. I have a modest holding and consider it to be a risky but attractive recovery play.

Check the RGY website - its very informative

The latter would be my assessment. If you like I can sell 50K to see what that does?
