ACQUISITION OF HYLTON CASTLE MOTORS LTD
The Board of Tellings Golden Miller Group plc ("Tellings" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that the Company has today completed the acquisition of
Hylton Castle Motors Ltd ("Hylton")
The business of Hylton Castle Motors Ltd was started over 50 years ago and
purchased by the current owner in 1965.
The main operation of the business is to provide coach hire for Home to School
Bus Services as well as Private Hire for the local market in Tyne and Wear.
Included in the sale are 7 coaches together with employees, goodwill, plant and
equipment.
Turnover for the year ended 31 October 2005 was approximately £300,000.
The business will be integrated into Telling's existing Classic Coaches
Operation and will be under the control of Ian Shipley. Tellings will not be
acquiring the premises currenly occupied by Hylton.
Commenting of the acquisition, Stephen Telling Chariman of Tellings commented:

travelling public in the Tyne and Wear area."
