Where did the £39M raised for acquisitions on 5/5/17 go? What have they acquired since that fundraising, apart from the deep & scornful scepticism of the shrewder end of the investor pool?

More seriously, can anyone of the bulls explain why the company has become so seasonal? If you plot out the turnover by half year there was traditionally always a slightly stronger second half, but, now, that second half is much stronger (particularly if the company is to make the $400m to $430m target sales range). This is difficult to illustrate without a graph but this is the percentage increase in H2 sales vs. H1 for the last 4 years

2017: H2 237,000 (H1 177,600): 33.67%
2016: H2 204,264 (H1 166,000): 23.05%
2015: H2 177,193 (H1 156,300): 13.37%
2014: H1 155,804 (H1 138,200): 12.74%

The numbers in brackets are the first half numbers, and the percentage indicated is the increase (half two over half one). Note, H2 2017 has not yet been declared, but, in quoting $237m I've used middle of the 2017 range guidance by the company.

owenski - I would be particularly interested to hear anything you have to say on this, as I know you have provided a reasoned supporting case for the shares.

in asking this question, I'm aware that some IoT devices will be Xmas presents (although which ones exactly I'm not sure), but the industrial and car IoT fitments, really?
