you got to wonder...the nomad didn't know, the lawyers didn't know, not even the board knew that the ex ceo is an alleged fraudster. So how much are you shareholders paying for these clowns??? and you need to know that this is yet another israeli tech company that has floundered...never made any money (but lots of revenue, so that's alright then...), huge increase in r & d, now they decide to strengthen the board after investors lose 70%....you couldn't make it up...

Not said that. Look we know a bank covenant breached, but overlooked. If cash flow sufficient then no issue here. My evidence and past history here points to a distinct lack of cash flow.... And soon affecting operations, again my opinion. Expecting announcement.Keep buying then but I'm sticking to my reasoning and have held that position throughout.

Some need to think logically. Loath or love TW you have to think about the cost to him for calling a company a fraud and the cost to him and his family if he is wrong. He would be buried in a legal black hole. The other point, his long tips have a good record but when he gets them wrong they can be painful, he's fraud calls are 100 per cent on the money. Conclusion, you would have to be brain dead to think TCM is a good
investment. Judging some of the posts, there are a few here that need certifying.

I have no doubt there are gamblers speculating on the pros being wrong. We recently learned of such a gambler losing over 200k getting his gamble wrong and now he wants tips for a multibagger so he can throw his last 220k into one company. The rich quick brigade a symptom of what is wrong with society.
