The fact we have had some recent Director buys (IMHO) indicates there's nothing wrong, its just the market having its fun and games - which (IMHO) should be exploited as (in this case) a buying opportunity. The price can rise just as fast as it can fall.

Words like 'in- line' and 'satisfactory', perhaps don't inspire confidence, why not above mgt expectations, and increased customers?

See the point I'm trying to make.

One thought is that if a company is looked upon as doing well, i.e the company is in favour with investors then the share price should be within 10 - 15% of it's recent high, TCY share price perhaps tells a different story currently.

Just a view, don't shoot me.

@Bull - I have just reread the IMS and dont really understand what you are trying to say??

Highlights:
Net order wins in Q3 strengthened versus both the previous two quarters and the comparative quarter in 2012

Short news section explaining the future. All IMO but the future is going to be cloud technology, may take a few years to get the platform down to a level where its "public" friendly but it will get there. This will get used for all sorts, look at the amount of kids with apple products that never get used to there capabilities, the same will happen with the cloud technology, everyone will be using it within 5 years without even known they are using it, from school kids, to start ups to established businesses. I really cant understand whats happening with the share price at the moment. Fairly annoyed with whats happened over the past week but there is no reason for such a price given the previous results and the future of the company.

Having lost 30% of it's value in four months and after rereading the IMS / recent dealings, you can perhaps see why Mr Market doesn't think the future prospects warrants such a high share price hence the falls perhaps?

If it falls much further it will become a very attactive takeover target.
If you look at Rackspace in the US, it too suffered from a long price decline before recovering, and yet, there was nothing to really justify the fall. I can't say if TCY will continue to fall or not, its almost always impossible to 'buy the bottom', but I'm happy to buy in at this level. May look to add more on each 50p drop (if that occurs of course).
