So TEK now owns 91.7%? As of 24-Jan RNS TEK owned 97.5%. Did they sell some equity or issue shares to Salarius management? The transaction, whatever it was, should serve as an observable input to the next valuation announcement.

Us shareholders aren't going to see anything from this company unless there is an absolute one in a trillion blockbuster invention commercialised. Don't expect steady gains, or any gains even most of the time, this is a death or glory share.

Sub 5p is inevitable. It was only 7 months ago they raised £750K at 8p when the share price was c. 11p.

Can only imagine that the next batch of "new shareholders" at the next placing will demand 20+% of the enlarged ISC at less than 4p...

Short answer is no! According to CG that's their policy. In a way it makes sense and is not unusual. The portfolio companies are not subsidiaries and may not always be majority owned. TEK will not always be in a position to know or request commercial details. Additionally, it is unlikely that an investee company, being non-publically traded, would share commercial details with their shareholders. Therefore it is reasonable, IMO, to adopt a policy of not reporting such detail as it won't always be available.

That said, I understand and appreciate the frustration.

Please stop wasting shareholder cash on these non-news stories and tell us about some orders and cash coming through the door to pay for the ever growing cost base.... until this happens the ongoing destruction of shareholder wealth will continue.....
