22/4/2016 10:46 | Good point speed, I hadn't looked beyond the recent updated announcement. They did a fair bit of selling then at Xmas selling down almost 20% of their holding. On the 21st of December 2015 the share price was 48p but it was 41p on 4th January 2016. So perhaps Commerzbank selling down hit the price. At least out direction of travel is better in this new tax year to date. And further increases of their stake could see us push through 50p. | mach100
21/4/2016 15:32 | Not sure we should read too much into the latest holdings rns. Commerzbank holding has ebbed + flowed a bit over the last 12 months or so but I suppose it is better for them to be adding as opposed to selling... 21/6/15 previous holding 2,147,500; new 2,485,000; representing 7.17% 21/12/15 previous holding 2,485,000; new 2,407,500; representing 6.91% 30/12/15 previous holding 2,407,500; new 1,970,000; representing 5.65% 19/4/16 previous holding 1,970,000; new 2,230,000; representing 6.40% | speedsgh
21/4/2016 15:23 | Yes good to see, missed that yesterday. | battlebus2
21/4/2016 15:15 | Commerzbank have upped their holding to 6.4% so they clearly see value here. It explains why the price has held up in the face of some chunky selling at times. | mach100
14/4/2016 16:22 | Thanks speed . I live near there so handy for me! Let's hope they can fill us in on the latest strategy. I am late to the party at 47p but think this could be big. | mach100
14/4/2016 15:37 | Mach100 - Details of this year's AGM still to be released afaics. Last year they were held on Friday 29 May 2015 at the offices of Charles Russell Speechly LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD | speedsgh
14/4/2016 14:59 | PJ where will the AGM be held as I would like to attend too? Even so there are two issues I would like to raise. I have some dietary concerns. So for the refreshments is it possible have say baked foods which have similar attributes, in terms of taste and texture, to those of fried foods but with approximately 60 per cent. less fat content in the finished product. Also my phone battery is awful and keeps dying and bleeping so if they could lay on some energy harvesting devices like you get at all AGMs, conferences etc I think that would be welcomed. I can't think of any company specific issues though but am looking forward to some updates. | mach100
14/4/2016 12:19 | LOL, the aircraft ones were always my favourite. I once harboured a desire to be a pilot. Sadly I was in the back of the queue when Eye balls were being given out and being colour blind and then the introduction of specs at 14 put an end to that dream. I'd even joined the ATC as well! More seriously I have emailed the Co with a couple of questions. I also intend to make the AGM this year, so if no-one else is going maybe we could get our heads together and make sure any concerns outstanding are raised there? | pj 1
14/4/2016 12:03 | O/T Top Trumps! Now there's a blast from the past. Used to have several different packs - mainly football/cricket related. Had hrs of fun as a young lad playing with my brother. We got to know them all by heart + could often tell which card the other one was holding by the smile/disappointment on the other one's face. We were once even sad enough to make our own packs with admirable help from the Rothmans Football Yearbook for reference. Those were the days... Anyhow, back to TEK... | speedsgh
14/4/2016 11:22 | Roughly a month until Final Results. Will be good to get a (hopefully) comprehensive update. | speedsgh
14/4/2016 11:21 | Does this change of strategy infer that they have been struggling to find licensees for the products/technologie | speedsgh
13/4/2016 21:33 | Yes BB2 , interesting times | pj 1
13/4/2016 21:18 | Could we sell the license to the new company once they have the funds via IPO, it's shaping up like that to me. PJ it is a change of strategy in my eyes. | battlebus2
13/4/2016 21:07 | That's why I think we have a change in strategy. | pj 1
13/4/2016 21:00 | I expect they will if we don't license it beforehand. | battlebus2
13/4/2016 10:49 | ''The plan is to sell the devices in the US and Europe, employing its own manufacturer to make the products'' Or ''The intention is for Belluscura to market and expand sales of the devices, initially in the US and Western Europe, using third-party manufacturing'' Maybe its the interpretation of ''own manufacturer''? | pj 1
13/4/2016 10:29 | Scant info on the newly incorporated company on my system... BELLUSCURA LTD. Incorporated 10/12/2015 Directors: Mr Alexander Maxwell Hamilton Inglis & Dr Clifford Mark Gross Currently no shareholder information showing. Credit rating: 48/100 | speedsgh
13/4/2016 10:28 | And from Proactive investors. | battlebus2
13/4/2016 10:19 | New listing in the offing to raise more funds, can't find any history PJ but I expect sales to be modest, still I think it's a step forward. LONDON (Alliance News) - Tekcapital PLC, the AIM-listed university technology and intellectual property services company, on Wednesday said it is considering an initial public offering of Belluscura Ltd, its newly formed UK subsidiary, which acquired exclusive licences to manufacture and sell three proprietary medical devices. The intention is for Belluscura to market and expand sales of the devices, initially in the US and Western Europe, using third-party manufacturing. The subsidiary will look to acquire further exclusive licences to sell other medical devices in the future. Tekcapital said it is exploring the possibility of Belluscura raising funds through an IPO on London's AIM market for smaller companies to provide capital for growth. The acquired licences were developed by and exclusively licensed from Stryker Corp, the Kalamazoo, Michigan-based medical technology company, Tekcapital said in a statement. Tekcapital owns 95% of the share capital of Belluscura, with Stryker owning the remaining 5.0%. The devices have regulatory approval where necessary and have already achieved commercial sales, the company said. "We are very pleased to announce the establishment of Belluscura and the acquisition of its first three medical devices. Belluscura's mission is to provide premium, proprietary medical devices at affordable prices," Executive Chairman Clifford Gross said in a statement. Shares in Tekcapital were up 2.2% at 47.50 pence on Wednesday morning. By Samuel Agini; samagini@alliancenew Copyright 2016 Alliance News Limited. All Rights Reserved. Alliance News | battlebus2
13/4/2016 08:26 | Is it a change of strategy BB2? Im unsure what to make of that yet, what history of marketing/sales success comes with Beulasis. | pj 1
13/4/2016 07:13 | Very interesting development with Beulasis a new British subsidairy. Several products that are already on the market, is it possible we could add some of our patents to that list?? | battlebus2
08/4/2016 10:35 | Keep the faith gents. Just like London bbuses... That's the hope/wish anyway when it comes to the announcement of licensing agreements! :o) | speedsgh
08/4/2016 10:25 | Yes, This one needs to get its running shoes on. The performance has been a bit crackly. The results are six weeks away and how they will do I ain't got a clue cause ( sorry! only glucose pun I could think of)they have been a bit quiet of late. There was lots of activity last April by contrast. I am not a fan of Allenby as their broker tbh. I hope some announcement is made to punctuate the boredom. | mach100 |
