Shares of CRiMinaL hit $3, valuing TM1's supposed $10m of shares at just $4.1m ...
... but TM1's lock-in doesn't expire for another ten days! |
The share price of $CRML has now dropped below the recent placing price ($5) to $4.59:
At that price the "$10m worth" of shares that TM1 are due to receive are only worth $6.3m!
See:
But there's two weeks to go before TM1 can sell these shares! How much further might they fall? |
We all know who mister serial shorter is now don't we, Jack. |
Well, if I was as certain that crash is the one of the two possible outcomes that will occur, I would have made a few bob by shorting :-/ |

Are you for real?
Have you not yet worked out that the business is a pile of 💩?
That Recyclus was set up by a well known fraudster (Chris Cleverly)?
That Recyclus has burnt through masses of cash and yet achieved close to nothing?
That its balance sheet is technically insolvent?
That the PLC is funded by a death spiral convertible?
Don't you think that you should do at least a smidgeon of genuine research before blowing your money?

Hope so. Been languishing in the bottom drawer for far too long now :-/ |

CRML SHARES just crashed placing at 5 dollars So that now reduces the value of the shares tm1 has |
Hmmm. Probably that as well. Still think successful production is the key. Could still also turn out that the shorters and or trolls are right about directors being dodgy. Maybe we will soon find out. You know I am in the success team. |
They need to get rid of Atlas that's the problem |
Needs to produce succesfully now to multibag. |
Tm1 boring now |
Not really moving much Bid is weak as well |
tickled a few - |
Atlas wnt waitThey convert when volume goes high Plus this is at end of the month not tomorrow. Also they have not declared their intentions of the shares they may decide to hold them in crml long term. Either way because of their lack of ability to address the elephant in the room Its a hold for now. |
Lol yes I've understood your message no need to post it twice.Your point on atlas may well be right but with approx 3 million quid available to the company via the approved share disposal at the end of the month if you were atlas would'nt you wait for a higher price. |
This is a boom or bust punt. I hope for successful production and productivity. Others, shorters I guess, hope that they are right in believing dodgy directors are trying to con investors. I remain hopeful but glad I am not reliant on this for a loaf of bread. |
Atlas will wait for people to start buying then start their converting and dumpingAny rise will be wiped out |
Well we'll see in the morning |
Company are dummies They prob wnt bother paying atlasIf they did the rns would have been more comprehensive about their plans are |
Not really Atlas will dump into any riseWhy get caughtCompany has no plans to pay off the atlas debt It just doesnt make sense to buy until atlas are goneThey have £1.6m that they can convert and they are doing it slowly |
After hours RNSShould have a good day tomorrow |
