Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Team17 , a global games entertainment label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, today announces that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held at 9.00am on Thursday 10 June 2021.

The Annual Report and Notice of Meeting are now available to view on the Company's website at: www.team17group.com .

The voting results of all resolutions put before the 2021 AGM will be announced shortly after the meeting, via the Regulatory News Service ("RNS"), and published on the Company's website.
