Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Team17, a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, announces the appointment of Mark Crawford as interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mark replaces Jo Jones, who announced her intention to leave the Company to take up another role elsewhere. Mark will work alongside Jo ensuring an orderly handover until 22(nd) November, at which time she will formally leave the business.

Mark joins Team17 from TravelUp, a privately-owned online travel business, where he has held the role of Chief Financial Officer since 2018. Previously, Mark was Chief Financial Officer of AIM-listed TP Group plc, overseeing fundraisings of in excess of GBP38 million, used to deploy a successful M&A and commercialization strategy.

Prior to TP Group, Mark held a number of positions with large corporates, including Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, PepsiCo Restaurants, Gondola Restaurants and more recently Kingfisher Plc, supporting their major pan-European supply chain and logistics transformation programme.

Mark is expected to remain as interim CFO on a full-time basis until at least April 2020 or until a permanent CFO is appointed.

Mark Stephen Crawford (aged 52) has been a director of the following companies and organisations during the past five years:

   --    Stratfield Fairlane Ltd 
   --    TP Group plc (formerly Corac Group plc) and various subsidiary companies 

Mark was a director of FSL Event Management Ltd a company which went into voluntary administration in February 2004. There is no further disclosure required with regard to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
