Nice to get a couple consecutive closes above the level it got to in mid August.

Looks like 140p has been a resistance level a few times in the past couple years but hopefully the firepower of the buyback can take us through that

some weird price action today. What are we supposed to make of the large sells at 132.2 when bid was 132.8 and the price moves higher. Delayed buys ? Seller out ? Sells were bought but not disclosed yet ?

That's a nice finish. Haven't checked but I think its the highest close since March.

There were clearly a number of sellers in the 125p-130p range given that despite a sizeable buy-back, the price got stuck in that range. Will be interesting to see whether we've now got beyond that resistance and move higher.

Berenberg: Team Internet is scaling up in growing markets
IT services company Team Internet Group (TIG), formerly known as CentralNic, is well placed to take market share in a structurally growing sector, says Berenberg.

Analyst Robert Chantry retained his ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of 250p on the stock, which was trading at 125p on Friday.

The company’s capital markets day saw management present its core strategy but Chantry said ‘the focus was the divisional heads’ presentations on the four business units’.

‘The capital markets day coincided with CentralNic’s rebranding to ‘Team Internet’, reflecting how the company’s offering encompasses search, comparison and performance, as well as its core online division,’ said Chantry.

‘We walked away from the capital markets day with our thesis reinforced: Team Internet is well placed in a structurally growing market and is continuing to take meaningful share.’

Long-term the business benefits from ‘longstanding partnerships with key players such as Amazon and Google’.

‘While these relationships have developed over several years, the company envisions that, as it scales further, it will become more diversified, global and vertically integrated, supporting continued growth,’ said Chantry.

Still seems odd to me to sell at a 10-15% profit when there's a high chance that within 6 months it could be a 50-70% profit.And it must be a lot of people (or a few big holders) taking their modest profit, because they're overwhelming the 150,000-ish daily buybacks.Anyway... 'patience' as they say...

No, I dont. I think its people who bought on a short-term trading basis. Anyone who bought in May / June time will be sitting on a nice profit, particularly when annualised

Selling at a p/e of 7-ish with high quality recurring (and growing) revenues seems odd though. Does anyone have concerns that the sellers know something?
