Yes I've seen it too. Re-reported on several news sites if you search for 'Canaccord Genuity TIG' but I'm none the wiser on the reasoning or detail.

Doesn't seem to be significant price movement from today's announcements of acquisitions and fundraise of 65m by placing and open offer.

Not seen any details of open offer or pricing yet apart from expect to be complete by end of March.

According to broker notes website, Canaccord Genuity have a strong buy recommendation with a target price of 255p for TIG. I can't find the note on the web and 255p seems wildly optimistic - has anyone seen it/what they base it on?

Guidewire one of tigs closest comparators had very good
figs in usa last night were up 7% in after hours trading
and they are on miles higher rating than tigs.

should have a look at the figs of an american co.
called solera came out with v good figs yesterday, this was put
down to euro ops, bodes well for tigs who are in the same business.
