Just bought in here yesterday. I like the low valuation, but I was also impressed by the website. Especially the section on directors' remuneration and the terms of their share option plans -- i.e. exactly what performance criteria need to be met for them to benefit. Most other companies don't publish this, so I like the transparency. Can see these getting back up to at least 80p over the next 6 months.

Where have all the buyers gone ? Or were they just in for the 2p final div . CTO was offered at 56.5p last week at the high point .. Still as long as we don't fall below 48p the bullish reversal chart pattern is intact .

The bottom line is that the base market is there.
If CTO have the turnover at reasoanble margins and the gearing is minimised then it bodes well.
All the management have to do after that is not make any brave or stupid decisions.
Could be 3 figures in the share price if all goes well.
IMHO the building industry is going to be like the Phoenix rising from the ashes over the next 2 years.

Classic chart reversal pattern with rising price on rising volume vs a weak main mkt so chart break backed by relative strength . One last hurdle when it goes ex 2p final div next Wed 18 April . Hopefully recent buyers not looking to strip the div .

IMHO this is about to set off upwards towards the 70 - 80p range.

I'm not a big charts fan, but that looks very tasty.

Wonder if some news is due out.

Are there any views on how the Olympics impacts CTO? What value of their current workload and future order book is Olmpics related?

Bought in today, I will be happy if the dividend holds in the future.
I reckon there is a fair chance that the share price could increase over time.

Well I am still holding out for 30p before buying here. I know that is cheap, but it is amazing how often you end up with prices much cheaper than you expect in these markets.

37.5k delayed trade from 1219 was the reason for the fall, which within a minute triggered AT sells of a similar amount in total,.. but the dip was bought into, can't see this pulling back much further with buyers snapping up cheap stock.

Nearly bought at 42p, so just bought the dip there at just over 47p - only a very small holding but will add on any weakness.

"undervalued" can easily become even more undervalued - down 8% at the moment

Construction PMI 56.7 versus previous 54.3 and expectations of only 53.6, mkt definitely on an improving trend, bodes well.

More than holding its own amongst a sea of red today, relative strength a good sign. Like a coiled spring waiting to be sprung, hold on tight to your fences, walls and 2benches,.. countdown to lift off!

Wise move Harry, CTO is off the radar of most pi's for now, when they all wake up the share price will have zoomed off into the stratosphere.

Rude not to buy at these vastly undervalued levels chaps, nice yield to boot, 60-70p could be achieved very soon.

I'm of the opinion that corporate action could be just around the corner so have been filling my boots the last two days.
