TASEKO ANNOUCES PDMR SHARE DISPOSITION

April 6, 2021, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its executives, Russell Hallbauer, has advised the Company that he sold a total of 200,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$2.34 per share (approximately GBP1.34/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
