These are looking good value today for their steady inflation linked yield. Won't be buying any myself as already have a 5% portfolio position at 104p, but they're looking a safe buy in the current market

Trouble is this market it’s hard to jump in and top up. He may not be finished but the UT may signal the end hopefully, we should know more with tomorrows trades., if that’s it the mms will be after a profit from that lot, if it goes down tomorrow with more volume not good, Ihr which I also hold has held up so it’s hard to judge.

Another positive update here today. Continuing to provide a good steady inflation linked income flow. 5.7% yield on today's price with long average unexpired leases of 28.8 years. The future continues to remain promising with a good pipeline of opportunities and potential for the premium to NAV of 6% to increase to past historic levels of around 15%. Malcolm Nash the chairman always comes across as very honourable and committed to all stakeholders.

Very poor they didn't have a Primary Bid or standard corporate action in dealing accounts for the raise. Retail investors have been overlooked.

ii are taking instructions over the phone for the offer. £49 extra telephone dealing fee. If buying for an ISA stamp duty also payable. They've taken my order this morning.
