are we the victim of the financial war? dumping from china to destroy the weak? many Chinese AIM shares that I own have the same pattern which is strange. Value is not important any more.

I kept sneeking a peek whilst at work to see if anything had been said, or there had been any fluctuation in the share price! Looking pretty much like a nothing event then? Seems to perfectly sum up the way that this 'investment' has migrated its way to its current position. Would some kind soul wake me up from my slumber when something upbeat happens!

I see no AGM statement released, did it end up with lots of blood spilt and nobody left the room alive ? Or just typical Taihua sloppyness and no RNS ?

The Taihua AGM is taking place today with no functioning website and any holders wishing to cast there vote are unable to view any of the proposals unless they attend the meeting and get their hands on a hard copy. A very poor situation.

DB. yes i agree and i will assume that the TCM factory is upgraded as well. I hope we may get more detail from todays meeting.

Lyonst5....reading the RNS, it refers to the production of TCM's also, so I am presuming that the Cert will apply to both?

As no executive directors will be present at todays AGM i will not be attending todays meeting. I can only hope that at least that Mr Yin and Mr Liu will be on conference call via a good line. It's about time Mr Yin came out of the woodwork and at least introduces himself to the companies shareholder(s)today.
I see this mornings RNS out about GMP renewal. It would be good to find out today if the renewal will be for both TCM and API's as each of these are made at different factories and only API factory is/has been ungraded to my knowledge.

That is a nice, reassuring pre AGM bit of news! Lets just hope the GMP Cert is renewed then, otherwise the one trick pony that TAIH has become, will be well and truly stuffed! This certainly has not been one of my better investments. Lets hope that there is a bit of good news coming from the AGM. Is there anybody on their way to the meeting?

They may of gone paper free to save cash then.I am still waiting for my dividend that they promised in rns.perhaps i should send the bailiffs to to 4 Harefield Place, St Albans AL4 9JQ, Hertfordshire.

Lyonst5 they said report will be on website 6th aug.

AGM will be held on 6 August 2015 at 11am London time at the office of Dentons UKMEA LLP, One Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS and that the annual report and accounts will be available from the Company's website www.taihplc.com from that date.

As for the change of registered office it would be nice to know which board member lives in that house ;-)
