23/7/2018 20:44 | Profit warning ⚠️ I suspect 40p | larva
19/7/2018 17:05 | Could it be that Regent’s are looking to leverage Clarke’s customer relationships on the fabric maintenance side as I assume they are the same people who would negotiate gas utility contracts? | lasmo
19/7/2018 16:48 | Why would a privately owned company like Regent Gas buy into TClarke? Pension investment or something more? Have a look at their website and latest accounts. Very interested in others opinions? They are definitely not your typical investment house. | lasmo
19/7/2018 15:31 | Regent Gas continue to buy - they now have 4.18%, or 1.75m shares. They've bought another 310,000 shares since their last disclosure: | rivaldo
19/7/2018 08:58 | Good morning. It seems the battleground is taking place at 81 with 250k going through in the closing auction last night and the first 2 minutes first two minutes today. If Miton are still selling it seems pretty safe to assume now they've decided they will sell for 81 and no lower. Perhaps Miton stopped selling some time ago and the MMs are just shifting the remainder of the order? | cc2014
17/7/2018 10:35 | Half year results due in 3 weeks. Hopefully we'll start to see a steady climb in the lead up. | squarepeg86
05/7/2018 17:03 | So the question is are Miton and Diverse Income selling off to Regent Gas Holdings...only time will tell. | norbert colon
05/7/2018 13:02 | well... The price action is suggestive of MM's not co-operating. Right now it's 81.05 to sell and 81.20 to buy. This morning the bid has been slowly nudging with decent volume on the bid as if someone is looking for some stock. Of course it could simply be responding to the trade flow as the buys outnumber sells so far this morning but it kind of looks different than that to me. Yesterday 25k blocks were going through at 80.6. Today nothing, even though there's 20k on the bid at 81.0 right now and another 10k at 80.6 and a further 25k at 80.4. The one at 80.4 has been there since 8:36. Kind of feels like one MM has some stock to shift just above 81. I hope they don't have too many | cc2014
04/7/2018 22:28 | If there is any link between all these investments and CTO it seems to be in the area of "building energy monitoring usage and costs". Eton seems important here. | cc2014
04/7/2018 22:14 | Yes but the other listed assets I've seen holding RNS's for: #UTW & #INSE would potentially both provide customers to Regent Gas so more strategic than the investment in CTO appears which looks more value based. | cockerhoop
04/7/2018 21:55 | They have lots of cash on their balance sheet and have historically invested in listed assets, so probably just seeing value here. | effortless cool
04/7/2018 15:26 | Hopefully they are diversifying and building a large stake here, strange fit. | igoe104
04/7/2018 14:46 | Does anyone have a view on why Regent Gas would buy a stake in CTO? | cc2014
03/7/2018 10:26 | Battersea redevelopment and fit out of Apple European HQ are potentially massive high margin contracts. Here’s hoping for a nice dividend uplift. | lasmo
03/7/2018 09:47 | Construction PMI 53.1 vs 52.6 previous and 52.5 forecast. Which doesn't surprise me when looking at the number of cranes in our large cities | cc2014
03/7/2018 09:19 | The AGM statement stated CTO had had an "excellent start to the year". With order books up almost 10%, plus the FD making unusually large share purchases, the odds are that the results in a month's time will be very good indeed. | rivaldo
03/7/2018 07:11 | Notice of results...Tues 7 August | wynmck
02/7/2018 12:40 | I suggest the trades at 80.59/80.60 are buys interpreted incorrectly by the trade algorithm as earlier I could buy at 80.59 although now the MM's want 80.99 If you want my guess someone(s) wanted out and you can see the 100k's, 125k's, 50k's going through at 80.0 and 80.5. The 121,651 is their final sell (as it's no longer a round number and we haven't seen any round numbers at 80.5 since). The MM's have shifted most of these on at 80.59/80.60 which is why I'm now being asked to pay 80.99 | cc2014
02/7/2018 11:13 | Huge sell volume today and not much price movement. Does this suggest that MM’s are filling equally large buy order for single investor. | lasmo
29/6/2018 16:16 | I am happy to keep adding. | norbert colon
29/6/2018 16:14 | Some more for our FD. As of 29/6 he surely knows what the half year results look like. | cc2014 |
