Posted at 30/9/2024 16:27 by totally banjo Well, today's Annual Report was a bit subdued! I assume the main reason is the constant funding required? On a brighter note there was an Investor Presentation a few days ago: hxxps://www.synergia |
Posted at 25/9/2024 09:41 by troutisout 'something wrong here', 'nothing wrong here is there?' and now 'leaky ship'...Perhaps it is as simple as a few investors feel this is undervalued, those waiting to see if it will go lower might now be deciding to jump aboard at this price. After all we know they are having discussions on several fronts about now, perhaps some are just hoping to get in before any news... |
Posted at 18/9/2024 09:44 by ashleyjv It could just be that nothing is happening until next month, investors think they have a bit of time before they need to invest |
Posted at 04/7/2024 06:54 by candlestick1 You are correct. I guess my point is the GoI shouldn't be one of those "news" moments that has a short-term impact and then everything tails off again. This SHOULD be the catalyst for increased, significant short-term news flow that will allow investors to see a bit longer-term (or at least help them see that selling on GoI might mean coming back in at a much higher price) |
Posted at 12/6/2024 18:12 by totally banjo 12 June 2024AIM: SYN Financing Update Synergia Energy Limited ("Synergia" or the "Company") announces it has entered into a further short-term loan to provide working capital pending the Government of India ("GoI") approval of the transfer of 50% of the Company's Cambay PSC to Selan Exploration Technology Limited ("Selan"). The GoI approval is expected in the near future and this will trigger the payment of USD 2.5 million to the Company by Selan. In order to minimise equity dilution for shareholders, the Company has obtained further loan funding from existing investors of GBP400,000 on commercial terms and on an unsecured basis. It is intended the loan funding will be repaid from the abovementioned Selan payment, once received. |

Posted at 06/3/2024 08:24 by icac I have to say, I've been reading more and more news regarding more companies thinking of leaving the London Stock exchange because those companies believe they are not getting a fair value for their company.this will also result in us investor also not getting the true value of our cash invested. LSE has become a laughing stock exchange and maybe soon I will also leave the LSE for good. how an earth can SYN share price fall to 0.09s after so many good news.. simply cannot work it out??? I can only think it is highly malupated, only for investors to lose their cash and not allow investor to win. |
Posted at 03/3/2024 15:39 by cool hand kev A way of placing shares with investors in a short space of time once the announcement of the proposed fundraising has been released with little or no marketing. But we’re not expecting a fund raising. Could you please explain? |
